The jury found against Appellant, Betty Lou Mayes, and in favor of appellee, Mrs. Louella Stewart, on claims for fraud and conspiracy. She was awarded $1,785,714 and change. Ms. Mayes raises fifteen issues on appeal, and Mrs. Stewart brings one issue in a contingent cross-appeal. Mr. Stewart does not appeal. We affirm the jury verdict and the judgment of the trial court.
